Bringjal (Vankaayalu) – 1/4 Kg ( Cut in to small pieces and keep them in water)
Kothimeera (Dhania /Coriander) – 100 gm
Green Chilly – 4 pcs
Cumin Seeds – On Table spoon
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste
The Method to Prepare
Mix the green chilly, Cumin Seeds and the coriander leaves together and grind them to a paste.
take a pan and heat the brinjal pieces in oil on slow flame. keep cover on the pan while cooking
After some time when the pieces become soft, add the paste and mix thouroughly
heat this mixture for some more time and serve hot.
this is very tasty with rice.
